FAQ What is Belt Appeal's Privacy Policy - Is my information safe when I order a Belt Appeal?
Yes - your order information is secure, and your personal information is secure. Belt Appeal will never release any personal information given to us by our customers or email respondents to third parties (individuals, companies, partners, list serves, etc.). We hold the highest respect for your privacy.

Is my credit card information safe? Yes, your credit card information is safe. Yahoo uses its own 128 bit encryption software to protect your information. What are the buckles made of? Stainless steel - we wanted to create a timeless and sophisticated look that would compliment your sense of style. How are the buckles finished?
Each buckle is
unique and per your request we can finish the buckles with a smoother/flat
finish or a textured finish, medium texture or a lot of texture.
The buckles can be finished to have more of a shine, many of the buckles in the photos are not as shiny as they appear - the flash definitely works on my camera. We have even finished some of our buckles with a design such as a circular textured finish. What if I'd like to have my Belt Appeal refinished? At this time I can refinish your belt for you, no charge, once/year. The only charge you pay is the shipping to and from Belt Appeal. What size are the buckles? The buckles vary in size, but average between 3 to 4 inches in diameter. How long will it take for my Belt Appeal to arrive? Since Belt Appeal buckles are finished to order, please allow 7-10 business days after your order is received for shipment. Of course during peak times, holidays, please allow a few additional days. Does the cost include a belt? The cost of the buckle does include a black leather belt. Each belt has snaps which allows you to interchange your buckles. What size are the belts? The belts are approx. 1 1/2" wide and come
in three sizes - Large (38-40), Medium (34-36) which is the most common size
as it allows you to wear the buckle loosely or tight, and Small (30-32). Per
your request, I can add a few additional holes to the medium belt -
recommended. Can I order multiple buckles? Yes, many of our customers purchase 2-3 buckles/order as they like to have different designs. What is Belt Appeals return policy?
We
want you to love your Belt Appeal. If you are not happy with your Belt Appeal, please contact us(contact page) within 14 days after receiving the belt for a return authorizaion. Should you decide to return your Belt Appeal, you will have to arrange shipping and cover shipping fees. Belt Appeal reserves the right to decline a return should the belt and buckle be damaged beyond reasonable wear. Who are your models? The models are some of my wonderful friends and family - We would love to get a picture of you wearing your Belt Appeal and put it on the site. Note:Belt Appeal belts are fabricated out of stainless steel and could cause bodily harm if thrown, swung, tossed, bitten into, swallowed or used in any way as a weapon. Belt Appeal belts are for the sole purpose of being worn...I know that sounds strange, but it has to be on the site. Thanks for understanding.
